What is a Certificate of Currency?

A Certificate of Currency is a legal document that demonstrates you have Public and Products Liability Insurance. This document is sometimes required by Councils and/or Facility management.

Prior to accessing a Certificate of Currency for the first time, your club must complete JLT Sport’s Online Risk Management Module. Once this has been completed, you may access your Certificate of Currency as often as you need it throughout the year.

Authorised Representative means that you have been given official authorisation from your club or association to complete the Online Risk Management Module and access the Certificate of Currency. This authorisation may include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Your position duties as a committee or staff member;
2. A formal request from the committee or management group; or
3. A formal authorisation from the committee or management group
