What are the Limits of Cover?
- The Insurance Cover
Limit of Liability - AUD$50,000,000 any one Occurrence in respect of Public Liability and in the aggregate during the Period of Cover in respect of Products Liability.
Sub-Limits of Liability
Errors & Omissions:
AUD$2,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate during the Period of Cover.IMPORTANT NOTE: The Errors & Omissions cover provided is subject to a "Claims Made" notification. This means the Cover provides (subject to terms and conditions as set out in Endorsement 1 of the Insurance Cover Schedule) for claims which are first made against a Member and immediately notified to the Trustee or Insurer in writing during the period of cover.
This sub-limit will not respond to claims arising out of any negligence, whether by acts, errors or omissions which occurred or allegedly occurred prior to 30th June, 2002.
- Property in the Insured's Care, Custody or Control:
AUD$2,000,000 each and every Occurrence and in the aggregate during the Period of Cover.
