How much is the cover for?
The limits of indemnity are:

| PRODUCTS LIABILITY | $50,000,000 any one occurrence and in the aggregate any one period of insurance |
| ERRORS & OMISSIONS LIABILITY (FOR COACHES, UMPIRES AND MANAGERS ONLY) | $2,000,000 any one claim and in the aggregate This section of the policy is “Claims Made” which means: The policy provides (subject to its terms and conditions) cover for claims which are first made against you and notified to the insurer during the period of cover, irrespective of the date when the cause of action may have occurred. The policy only responds to claims arising from circumstances that occur on or after 15th August 2003 (Retroactive date). |
What is the policy excess?
$500 each and every claim in respect to General Public & Products Liability.
$2,500 each and every claim in respect of Errors & Omissions.
Defence costs are included in these amounts.
