The Programme
Welcome to JLT Sport’s web site for the Australian Cricket National Club Risk Protection Programme (aka “The Programme”).
The Programme, arranged by JLT Sport, has been up and running since 2003. This was a joint initiative of Cricket Australia and its State Bodies and it has seen a number of benefits provided to cricket clubs throughout each state and territory.
It is considered that the Programme provides every club with access to insurance and risk protection at an affordable and consistent price.
The Programme’s goal is to provide sustainable cover and a long term solution for this and future seasons.
The National Club Risk Protection Programme provides competitively broad protection across the following areas:
- General Public and Products Liability (including Errors and Omissions cover for coaches, umpires and managers)
- Club Management Liability (for Incorporated Clubs only)
- Personal Accident Cover (including Capital Benefits, Non-Medicare Medical Benefits and Loss of Income cover)
The benefits, terms and conditions are briefly summarised throughout this web site, however you should read the policy documents, JDT Scheme Rules and Product Disclosure Statement, where applicable, to ensure the cover suits your needs.

Please note, the following list includes (but is not limited to) insurance classes that are not covered within the Australian Cricket National Club Risk Protection Programme:
