This section covers the clubs, affiliations and associations for claims arising out of Wrongful Acts relating to employment. Such Wrongful Acts may include discrimination, harassment or unfair dismissal actions.

Note – Limits of Liability and any deductible amounts are reduced or exhausted by Defence Costs.
The Maximum Limit of Liability for all Liability Coverage (i.e. Employment Practices and Directors & Officers Liability) is $10,000,000 any one period of insurance.
Where are you covered?
This section protects against liabilities anywhere in the world except for the USA.
What are some of the major exclusions of the Employment Practices Liability section of the policy?
The following exclusions could affect You:
- Bodily Injury or Property Damage – there is no cover under this policy for bodily injury, sickness, disease or death (insured under Public & Products Liability);
- Specified sums under contract;
- Fraud – any claim in consequence of a deliberate fraudulent act or omission as per the policy;
- Prior and pending litigation (1st January 2004).
