JLT Sport Asset Protect is a new insurance programme recently introduced and made available to Netball Clubs and Associations covered under the Programme.
Most Netball Clubs and Associations are either uninsured or under-insured.
JLT Sport strongly advises clubs to take out cover to protect its assets and, by extension, protect your Club’s existence.
The following major insurance classes are not automatically included within the National Risk Protection Programme, therefore it is important that your club considers taking out cover in these areas.

- (covers the cost of repairing or replacing assets at the club following loss or damage by an insured risk such as Fire and Storms etc.)

- (covers the cost of repairing or replacing broken internal or external glass at the clubs premises)

- Theft/Burglary
- (covers the cost of repairing or replacing property that is stolen from the clubs premises, following visible forcible and violent entry)

- (covers the club’s loss of income for 12 months following loss or damage to property at the club)
- Electronic Equipment
- (covers the cost of repairing or replacing the breakdown of computers at the club)
- General Property
- (covers property taken away from the club for theft and damage, such as sporting equipment and laptops etc.)
- Machinery Breakdown
- (covers the cost of repairing or replacing the breakdown of machinery at the club to enable normal working to continue such as fridges and freezers etc.)
